By using my9games.io you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. These terms are written plainly on purpose.

1. What the site is

my9games is a free tool that lets you build a 3×3 grid of games and share it as a link. We don't sell games; we link to game metadata provided by third parties.

2. No account, but rules still apply

Saving a board is anonymous. That doesn't make it unaccountable. You may not use my9games to:

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
  • Post illegal content, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Spam the save endpoint or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Scrape the site in ways that violate robots.txt or our published API terms.
  • Impersonate my9games or our staff.

3. Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in the comments and display name you enter. By saving a board you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host it, display it on its share URL, and include it in aggregate community statistics.

4. Our content and third-party data

Game covers, titles, release dates, and categories come from IGDB.com and its contributors. Those rights belong to the respective publishers and IGDB. We display them under IGDB's terms.

5. Takedowns

If you believe a board violates your rights or these terms, email [email protected] with the board URL and the reason. We'll normally act within 72 hours.

6. The site is provided "as is"

my9games is free and provided without warranties of any kind. We may go down for maintenance, change features, or retire the site. We try to preserve saved boards, but we can't guarantee uptime or durability.

7. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my9games and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the site. If we are liable for anything, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which is zero.

8. Termination

We can remove boards, restrict access, or shut down the site at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated or if continued operation isn't viable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law says otherwise.

10. Changes

Material updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
